The world is changing rapidly, and for some, these changes are more than they can accept.
LEGO is one of the first out of the gate with its first PRIDE set. LEGO, one of the most famous toymakers in the world, has decided to emulate Disney in spreading PRIDE month with children, and Ignacio Arsuaga and the entire CitizenGO Team, are saying NO! Their message is clear, “Leave our children alone!”
The team at CitizenGo is horrified by the fact that more and more multinationals are participating in this ideological indoctrination, and to them, this is not acceptable.
The LEGO set consists of figures in all colors of the LGBTQ rainbow plus light blue, white, and pink to separately represent the transgender community. The dolls are “genderless”, to “express individuality while remaining ambiguous”. The set comes with a kind of rainbow as a background, in the same colours as the figures, to emphasize the LGBTQ message.
To Ignacio, this is unbelievable. “A producer of children’s toys should not incorporate these kinds of bizarre, strongly ideological views into products for children. This set does nothing to encourage children to use their imagination and be creative but instead forces them to think about labelling people according to sexuality and gender identity.”
To Ignacio, One thing is clear, “We have to do something to stop this.”
They are asking LEGO CEO Niels Christiansen to pull back the launch of the PRIDE product. The problem is, how do they get him to actually comply with this request?
As an incentive, they opted for a boycott, which took effect on June 1st, 2021 if he launches the product anyway, and which will last as long as the PRIDE LEGO remains on the market.
“This month, we’ve told CitizenGOers in the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and the Netherlands to stop buying LEGO. We must make it clear that we will no longer buy LEGO for our children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or other children until LEGO stops this indoctrination. Only in this way will LEGO really feel the consequences, if they participate in the propaganda of the LGBTQ lobby: in the wallet,” Ignacio states.
