As we all know, the vaccine, and vaccination has become a hot topic.
There are a group of people who are pleased, cheering each other on, and urging those who have not taken it to take it. Then, there are those who are weary of it, and have stood up to Big Pharma about their negligence to educate the community on the adverse reactions that come with the Covid-19 Vaccine.
On my most recent show, “Vaccines, Hip Hop Propaganda, and Fashion with Fiati,” I take a look at both sides of the argument and introduce a new theme of propaganda using Hip Hop as its medium
Before you watch the show, let’s talk about a new, Five-Part rap anthology about vaccines. Its aim is to fill knowledge gaps regarding vaccination to better fight the COVID-19 pandemic in communities of colour
The series of animated music videos features critical health messages performed by Grammy®-Winning Rapper Darryl DMC McDaniels. Hip Hop Public Health (HHPH) is the organization responsible for the series. They are a national non-profit organization dedicated since 2004 to fostering positive health behaviour change through the power of science and hip-hop music.
They have a suite of free resources aimed at increasing COVID-19 vaccine coverage in communities of colour by fighting fear with facts. This animated rap anthology deconstructs vaccine literacy in a series of five animated videos, beginning with What Are Vaccines and Why Do They Work?
Each 60-second video in the Community Immunity anthology features a common underlying hip hop track with a unique rap verse that incorporates vaccine literacy content and a universal hook about the benefits of community immunity, which is repeated and sung in each video.
The goal of the series is not only to inform, but also to turn receiving the vaccine into a social norm.

I was curious. This was definitely a high level of propaganda, so I decided to look at who was supporting this lovely initiative. What I found was not shocking:
The Skoll Fund, created in 1999, is a supporting organization associated with Silicon Valley Community Foundation of San Jose, California. The founder Jeff Skoll, happens to be the first employee, and first president of eBay.
In 2017, Skoll, joined with philanthropists Richard Chandler, Bill Gates, Melinda Gates, Romesh Wadhwani, Kathy Wadhwani, The Rockefeller Foundation, and Olivia Leland, to create “Co-Impact,” a philanthropic funding collaborative seeded with $500 million, whose “Specific aim is to fund organizations that are addressing health, education and economic opportunity in low-to-middle income countries.”
Well look at that. This organization is connected to the one and only Bill Gates. I decided to randomly choose another supporter. This time I went with T. Rowe Price.
What I found was that this organization was included in the $120 million funding round for a Gene-editing Start-up alongside: Bill Gates, Deerfield Management, Viking Global Investors, Fidelity Management & Research Company, funds and accounts managed by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Google Ventures, Jennison Associates on behalf of certain clients, Khosla Ventures, EcoR1 Capital, Casdin Capital, Omega Funds, Cowen Private Investments and Alexandria Venture Investments.
“ Gene editing,” I thought to myself. “What is that?”
The Brittanica defines Gene editing, as the ability to make highly specific changes in the DNA sequence of a living organism, essentially customizing its genetic makeup. Gene editing is performed using enzymes, particularly nucleases that have been engineered to target a specific DNA sequence, where they introduce cuts into the DNA strands, enabling the removal of existing DNA and the insertion of replacement DNA.
Hmmm! Bill Gates is involved in Gene Editing, and population control?
I could keep going with this, but again I ask the viewer, what is being propagated to us? This is the job of a journalist: to research information, and present it to the consumer. Not the parts that you want consumers to see, but everything.
We, as a global community need to start asking questions, digging for answers, and demanding the truth.
